This ministry takes place on Sunday mornings at 9:30am. We have classes for all ages to come and study the Word of God. We invite all to come and enjoy great fellowship and encouragement.

Our Women's ministry plans events throughout the year where women are informed and inspired to be influences in her world for Christ. We do this through events throughout the year such as Ladies Nights Out where we invite guest speakers and musicians to come and share.

The Summer Food Service Program, sponsored by the USDA and New Hanover County Schools, helps make sure that children in low-income families are still able to have healthy meals while school is out for the summer. This is a free program for children 18 years and younger.
This summer, from June 26 through August 11, children can come to the Fellowship Hall at LFBC to receive a meal. The meals are provided by the USDA. This service will be provided on weekdays from 11:45am - 12:30pm.

LFBC is cooperating with Vigilant Hope to bring shower facilities for the homeless on Tuesdays from 10:00am - 12:00pm as well as hosting and providing housing for their Cape Fear Project Groups.
The Street Sheet is the result of collaboration among the Tri-County Homeless Interagency Council to help those in need. Their service offerings include food and pantry; housing and shelter; health and wellness; and many more. Please see the link above for more details.
