The Church Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the pastor, church staff, and congregation. Key duties include managing office operations, maintaining church records, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors. The secretary also assists with communication efforts, including preparing bulletins and monthly calendars. Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a welcoming attitude are essential.
